Once you are prescribed a Vertex product, your Case Management Team is committed to providing ongoing product support. They’ll work with you, your healthcare provider, your insurance company, and your specialty pharmacy to help get you started on treatment.

Ongoing Product Support

Working with your Case Manager doesn’t have to end when your Vertex product arrives. Your Case Manager will be in touch to provide ongoing product support, including supplying educational materials and refill reminders.
