I have an 11-year-old Pekingese named Sophie

What motivates me:

A tough workout in the morning! To me, that’s the best way to start the day

Besides English, I can speak:

Afrikaans!* I grew up in South Africa and didn’t learn English until I was about 8 years old

My favorite tradition:

Opening Christmas gifts with my family! We take turns passing around a Santa Claus hat, and whoever has the hat on can give out 1 gift

If I could have a superpower, it would be:

Teleportation. That would make traveling so much easier

My favorite part of being a GPS Support Specialist:

Working through tricky insurance issues. These can be super confusing and time-consuming to navigate, so I love being able to help

My hobbies:

I absolutely love to be active and try daring new things! I grew up surfing and still enjoy skateboarding. I took sailing lessons and want to get a motorcycle license!

Milk chocolate, cookies, and coffee

I do not have any pets, but I hope to adopt cats!

What motivates me:

I am energized by meeting and talking with others. I am always excited to collaborate

On birthdays, my family reflects on all the good things that happened the past year and says a wish for the next

I love getting to know people! I also really enjoy providing insight into access questions and trying to help patients find solutions
